Challenge
Cluttered user flows: E-commerce platforms often overwhelm users with too many options especially frustrating for parents shopping under time pressure. Age-specific needs: Designing filters and product details that cater to varying age groups required thoughtful structuring and labeling. Building emotional trust: Parents needed reassurance about quality, sizing, and brand reliability demanding a design that feels warm and credible Balancing playfulness with usability: The interface had to feel child-friendly without compromising on clarity or functionality.
Objective
To design a joyful and intuitive e-commerce experience for parents shopping for children’s clothing making it easier to find age-appropriate products, trust quality, and enjoy a stress-free buying journey.
Results
The project resulted in a responsive, high-fidelity e-commerce UI tailored for modern parents. It strengthened my skills in designing with empathy, building clean visual hierarchies, and solving for age-specific retail use cases. The final prototype reflects a balanced blend of playful aesthetics and user-centered functionality.
