Challenge
Most productivity apps overwhelm users with too many features, fragmented tools, and cluttered interfaces. Users struggle to focus, prioritize, and stay on track often ending up more stressed than supported. The challenge was to design a unified, calming experience that simplifies planning without sacrificing functionality.
Objective
To design a focused, all-in-one productivity app that helps users manage tasks, schedules, and reminders with clarity and control reducing overwhelm and enabling meaningful progress through a clean, intuitive interface.
Results
The project resulted in a clean, scalable productivity app UI designed using Atomic Design principles. It strengthened my skills in user-centered design, modular systems, and interface clarity. HiVE helped me explore how structure and simplicity can reduce user fatigue and boost focus even in personal projects.
